Our Services

Full-Service Wedding and Event Design

The core of our business, and our first love, is working with clients creating beautiful, lush, flower-filled celebrations.

To book us for full-service design means we will work with you to create a custom, one-of-a-kind floral design unique to you and the story of your wedding or event. “Full service” means all the designs for your wedding, from bridal bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, centerpieces, and full ceremony installations and decor. You will have access to our custom-made ceremony structures, vases, and other decorative pieces.

“Full-service” also means our team will work on-site for complete floral set up, and return as needed the next day to clean up and remove florals and rented floral items.

Pricing: For the 2024 wedding season, we require a minimum investment of $3,000 for a full-service commitment on Saturdays and Sundays. Note that full-service floral costs vary according to the size of the event and overall floral desires. Our clients’ average spend is between $4,000 and $6,000

Intimate Weddings and Elopements

“We take smaller events on a case-by-case schedule, based on the season and our pre-existing commitments. We offer an a la carte selection of in-season blooms; give us a color palette and we’ll build around it.

A la carte services are prepared and ready to pick up either the evening before or the morning of your event. They must be picked up from our Arcata, CA studio.

Pricing: We require a $500 minimum investment for any a la carte services.”

Party Buckets

We offer DIY flower buckets, selected from our field, from June to September.
Each bucket contains between 50–80 stems of blooms and foliage. You give us a color palette and we harvest fresh blooms for you. We cannot guarantee a specific flower or overly specific colors, as our field offerings change seasonally.

Pricing: Party buckets are priced at $85 and must be picked up from our Arcata, CA studio.

Our Full-Service Process

1. Inquire

Tell us a little bit about your event through our inquiry form. We will review your form and get back to you with any questions and our availability and reach out to schedule a phone call

2. Consultation and Booking

After our initial call we will write you a custom proposal. Once you’ve agreed to the proposal, you will send over the retainer and sign the contract to lock in your date. We understand you may not have all the event details finalized yet — that’s fine. We’ll work with you throughout the process.

3. Final Details

One month before the event, we will reach out to confirm every detail and make any necessary adjustments to the proposal.
Your final balance is due in full no later than three weeks before the event.

4. Your Wedding Day
